About me

Our story does not begin with us. But we decide how it continues.

As a descendant of Holocaust survivors, for many years I did not understand why I was accompanied by fears, low self-worth and, later, anxiety, sleep disorders and phases of depression. For a long time I believed something was wrong with me.

It was only when I began to engage deeply with my family history that I realised not everything we carry within us has to originate in our own life.

On my personal path I explored transgenerational trauma, inner-child work, body-oriented trauma work and ancestral work in depth. I was particularly shaped by the work of John Bradshaw, Somatic Experiencing®, the approaches of Mark Wolynn and Bert Hellinger, and the Generations Code by Sabine Lück. I also studied the connections between nutrition, the brain and mental health.

These experiences changed my life for good. Step by step, I found my way back to inner calm, more self-confidence and a life without the fears that had accompanied me for years.

I know what it feels like when fear governs your life. And I know how liberating it is when it no longer does.

Today I know: our past shapes us — but it does not have to define us.

As a descendant of Holocaust survivors, I know from my own experience how deeply inherited patterns can shape our lives. Today I stand on stages because I want to give people courage — not with theoretical concepts, but with a story that shows change is possible, even when our own challenges run deeper than we long believed.

My personal story became my mission. Today, as a keynote speaker and author, I combine personal experience with scientific insight and show how people can overcome inner limits, dissolve blocks and unfold their potential.

Because I am convinced: what we have inherited can limit us — or become the starting point of our greatest growth.
